A Few Things About Me (Because Therapy Is Personal)

  • I love long walks in nature.There’s something about trees that feels emotionally intelligent — they remind me to slow down, breathe, and just be. Nature is where I reconnect with myself, and it’s where I get inspired to support others, too.

  • I’m curious about the quantum field and all things energy. The fact that your thoughts, emotions, and reality are connected? I live for that.

  • I travel to feel alive… and I usually sneak in a meditation retreat because recharging is how I show up as my best self (and stay grounded while helping others do the same).

I’m here to challenge traditional counselling — the kind that stays on the surface, feels cold, and avoids what’s real. I believe healing should feel human, warm, and connected to something deeper. Therapy isn’t just about talking; it’s about waking up to who you really are and building a relationship with yourself that’s rooted in truth, not performance.

My mission is to help women understand their anxiety, not shame it. I teach emotional independence, nervous system safety, and self-trust — because I know that when a woman starts living for herself instead of approval, everything changes. I blend science, soul, and spirituality to create a space where growth is not only possible, but inevitable.

I want to help create a future where women feel happy, peaceful, and at home in their own bodies. Where healing isn’t a luxury, but a birthright. Where the next generation of girls doesn’t have to recover from what we were taught to suppress. That’s the difference I want to make — and this is the work I was born to do.

My professional credentials reflect a commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic services. I am registered with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada as a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC-C) and additionally recognized by the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association as a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC-C).

With a Diploma in Professional Counselling from Rhodes Wellness College and a Diploma in Professional Life Coaching also from Rhodes Wellness College, I am well-equipped to address a wide range of mental health challenges. Furthermore, a Diploma in Business Administration from Camosun College enhances my understanding of the intersection between personal well-being and professional life, empowering me to support my clients comprehensively.
