I work only with clients who commit to weekly sessions.
That’s not a rule to be strict. That’s a boundary to protect your healing.

Let’s Talk About the Investment

Each 50-minute session is $150 CAD.
I don’t bill insurance, but I can give you a receipt if your plan covers Registered Professional Counsellors (RPCs) or Registered Therapeutic Counsellors (RTCs)

And honestly? This is bigger than insurance.

We’ll have our initial consultation. Here I’ll ask what prompted you to reach out and what you’re looking for. If I feel that we’re a good fit, you’re welcome to ask me questions as well. Once you feel comfortable moving forward, we’ll discuss fees and schedule.

You'll join me for your first virtual session, where I'll ask about your current situation and history to learn more about you. This will also give you a chance to experience my approach as a therapist. We'll discuss if it feels like a good fit and if you'd like to schedule more sessions.
