How can I heal myself?

You are incredibly powerful.Your brain is so powerful that it lets you think about anything you want.However,every thought has an emotion.When these emotions get stuck in your body,the body gets out of ease.

Emotions such as sadness, anger, guilt, unworthiness, disgust, resentment, grief and fear needs to be converted into happiness. Every emotion is powerful.I will lovingly hold space for you so that you can lead yourself into happiness.

You'll join me for your first virtual session, where I'll ask about your current situation and history to learn more about you. This will also give you a chance to experience my approach as a therapist. We'll discuss if it feels like a good fit and if you'd like to schedule more sessions.
